Interior Redesign
The Redesign process begins with a meeting in your home where we discuss the needs for the room and the changes that are wanted. We will “shop your home” to view with new eyes your home furnishings that may be used in our new vision. We completely clear the room of all furniture, accessories and art work. We then use redesign principles to rearrange all your items to create a new look to incorporate your wants and desires for the room. Using your furnishings and our vision we create a new look in less than one day. The redesign of an average family room takes four hours.
Cost: One room - $300; Two rooms on same day - $500.
Home Staging Consultation
We meet with the seller and/or realtor to objectively evaluate the interior and exterior of your property and provide a staging worksheet to document what is needed to prepare it for a quick sale. This process usually takes 60 – 90 minutes.
Cost: $75 per hour
Home Staging
To make the most positive impression on buyers, we will rearrange and simplify rooms so that your home appears spacious, bright and inviting. The redesign is based on the house, not the homeowner.
Cost: $75 per hour
Move-In Assistance
We arrange your furniture, artwork and accessories to fit your lifestyle and new surroundings. This also includes blending homes and downsizing.
Cost: $75 per hour
Shopping Services & Color Consultations
Our shopping services include shopping for that special item needed to make a room perfect or for the basics. Color consultation is the process of picking the right color every time.
Cost: Fees for these services are on an hourly basis and vary depending on the scope of the job. Call for more information.
